We travelled with Marvelous Egypt from the 7th of November to the 12th of November. We would like to give feedback on your service including members of staff and features of the tours and accommodation. Osama (representative) was the absolute pinnacle of how a tourist manager should act, interact and serve the client. We cannot praise enough the commitment and joy that he brings to the job. Osama made our trip to Egypt 3 steps above any other tour that we have taken in our vast travels. He is in our opinion a very invaluable, effective and efficient member of your team. We cannot thank him enough, from meeting us at the train station at 430am and sharing stories with us until 830am until our tour started. The consummate professional in our eyes, if we come back to Egypt it will be under his supervision. Shaimaa (Cairo, Giza and Alexandria guide) once again was a fantastic tour guide and an incredible human being. Her knowledge of destinations she took us to was without a doubt accurate and in depth. Our every question was answered promptly, our needs were met quickly. We are changed people due to meeting and spending time with this woman. Smart, funny, very knowledgeable, absolutely loves her job and loves sharing her culture and history with people. Lami (Tour guide in Luxor) is a walking Luxor guide book, his love and passion for the region and the history that surrounds it was what made Luxor a total joy for the both of us. There was never a dull moment with Lami around, if the car would go quiet for a second he would tell a funny anecdote to entertain us. Lami knows and is respected by everyone who we came across on our tours with him. There was not one statue or painting that he did not know about because “everything has a meaning and a purpose!” Tours: Simply put, the tours were fantastic because of the tour guide that we had the pleasure of knowing. Accommodation: Was great, view of the pyramids, and then next to the Nile in Luxor. Overall we had a wonderful time in Egypt and are both more enlightened about Egypt and her past than ever before. Grâce à eux, grâce à vous, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour, le programme que nous avions préparé avec vous, nous a permis de découvrir Le Caire en toute sérénité sans être bousculé , à notre rythme; merci d'avoir respecté cela. Vous n'avez fait aucune difficulté à rectifier un petit malentendu concernant deux visites, cela aussi nous l'avons apprécié. Nous ne manquerons pas de recommander votre agence à nos amis! Nous avions déjà fait appel à vos services en 2007, lors de notre séjour à Assouan et croisière sur le lac Nasser dont nous gardons un excellent souvenir. Votre agence porte bien son nom, l’Egypte est pleine de merveilles. Notre séjour a été très agréable grâce à une bonne organisation de votre agence. Un seul petit problème s’est présenté lors de notre arrivé mais malgré l’heure très tardive (minuit) nous vous avons contacté par téléphone et notre problème a été réglé en moins de 30 minutes ce qui traduit de votre réactivité. Les deux Hôtels proposés à Louxor et au Caire étaient convenables. Pour la croisière entre Louxor et Assouan : Le bateau était bien choisi, il était très propre et le personnel extrêmement prévenant et attentif. Les différents véhicules pris pour nos déplacements étaient confortables et climatisés et les chauffeurs assez prudents (dans la mesure du possible car la conduite égyptienne n’est pas du tout comparable avec la conduite que l’on connaît en France). Un clin d’œil particulier au guide qui nous a suivi entre Louxor et Abou Simbel. Nous l’avons beaucoup apprécié pour toutes ses connaissances sur l’Egypte ancienne et pour sa sympathie. C’est un excellent guide. Merci encore pour votre organisation, je recommande sans problème votre agence.
